Here are some tips and tricks on how to manage your Keller Crafted Sustainable Meat Subscription.

 

How to Add Products

Adding products to your meat subscription is easy. On the top of your subscription, on the right side there is a black button that says, "Add products." Once you select that, a new window with all our products appears. You can search for the products you want to add or sort by our various filters. Select the product you wish to add to your subscription. Once you select it, you will see it display in your subscription and that means it has been added. No need to submit or save anything further. If you want to add more products, repeat the same steps again. See visual below.

 

How to Add an Additional Base Box

If you would like to have more than one base box, it's easy to add! On the top of your subscription, on the right side there is a black button that says, "Add additional base box." Once you select that, all the base box options will appear. Select the one you wish to add to your subscription. Once you select it, you will see it display in your subscription and that means it has been added. No need to submit or save anything further. See visual below.

How to Swap your Base Box

If you are ready to try a new base box, it's easy to swap it. Just select the swap button to the right of the base box in your subscription. Once you select that, all the base box options will appear. Select the one you wish to have instead. Once you select it, you will see it display in your subscription and that means it has been swapped out. No need to submit or save anything further. See visual below.

How to Add Limited Time, One Time Additions to Your Subscription

We are fortunate enough to get some specialty items throughout the year that we would love to share with you but are too limited to sustain year-long subscriptions. These items are either seasonal, limited in quantity, or have a unique weight or size. They may be available for just a few days or sometimes several months. You may add any of these limited one-time purchase items to your upcoming subscription. Once they are added, they will ship with your upcoming subscription. Then, following that shipment, they will automatically be removed. Items may change often. Please check back prior to each subscription shipment to see the latest availability.

How to Change Your Upcoming Ship Date

You can change your upcoming shipping date as long as it's before 11:59 pm the Wednesday before your upcoming shipping date. You can select to ship on the next available date to get your shipment right away. Or you can also select another upcoming date or push your subscription date further out. If you don't see the date you wish to select, select the closest date. Once that date has been update in your account, there will be more dates surrounding the new date selected. Please note, it may take a while to update your date once you select it, please keep your window open until you see your date has changed. See visual below.
