I have to say, we make a corned beef that I am proud of. Not only is it packed with flavors that your great-grandmother would approve of, but it’s also created from start to finish with our environmental footprint as a top priority. We have our blinders on, full speed ahead to help benefit our planet while nourishing our bodies with nutrient dense, grass-finished beef!

Rich, meaty, fall-apart goodness - The best corned beef you'll ever have, hands down! Our corned beef is grass-fed, grass-finished, and hand trimmed in small batches, brined in a classic solution that will remind you of your grandma's recipe. There's no sugar and we brine with only organic spices. There are absolutely no nitrates or nitrates added (except for those naturally occurring with celery powder and sea salt). It's certified humanely raised & handled, Non-GMO and Food Alliance Certified.

SIZE: 2 - 2.5 lb

SERVES: 3-4

COOKING METHODS:
Rinse with cool water. Choose your cooking method.

STOVE TOP - Fill your pot so the brisket is totally submerged. Simmer on low for about 45 minutes per pound.

PRESSURE COOKER - Place brisket fat side up and cover with water or broth. Seal and cook on high for 1 hour. Once it’s cooked, allow pressure to release naturally.

SLOW COOKER - Place fat side up and cover with water or broth. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.

INGREDIENTS: Grass-finished beef, water, sea salt, organic garlic, and organic pickling spices (celery powder, dill seed, yellow mustard, coriander, bay leaf, ginger, allspice, cinnamon, chili pepper, black pepper, cloves)

FARMS:
Richard Grassfed Beef is a 6,600-acre ranch managed by Tom IV, his daughter Carrie and her husband Daniel Prelip in Oregan House, California. Richards Grassfed Beef is the first Ecological Outcome Verified (EOV) cattle operation on the West Coast. This 6th generation, family-run ranch regenerates our natural ecosystem, increases biodiversity, and can help reverse climate change.

Certified Piedmontese - The origins of the Piedmontese breed are traced to the Piedmont area of Northwest Italy. This unique breed makes up less than 1% of the cattle in the United States. Certified Piedmontese cattle are under a strict zero-grain policy and have a grass-fed diet from start to finish, eating only grass and forage as nature intended - truly grass-fed and finished. Never given any antibiotics or any added hormones. This exceptional breed meets one of the grass fed industry's greatest challenges head-on: consistent tenderness & mild flavor. Incredibly, the Piedmontese beef consistently presents a mild beefy flavor (think filet mignon) and is reliability tender. These culinary attributes are a game changer for our growing grass fed movement.
