Tender but firm texture, The New York Steak or "Strip Steak" is cut from the striploin which is an extension of the same muscle that becomes the ribeye. Great prepared on the grill or sears in a pan and finished under a broiler.

We cut and package 1 x 10 oz new york steak per package. This highly versatile steak can be prepared in almost any fashion.

Grown in northern California, Richards Grassfed Beef beef is 100% grass finished and the grazing effect of the cattle using expert management has been proven with scientific validation to regenerate our environment, sequestering greenhouse gasses from our atmosphere, enhance biodiversity and restore our ecological systems.

Keller Crafted is excited to be working closely with Richard Grassfed Beef a 6,600-acre ranch managed by Tom IV, his daughter Carrie and her husband Daniel Prelip.

Richards Grass Fed Beef is the first Savory Global Ecologically Outcome Verified (EOV) cattle operation on the West Coast.

A key component of the program is the Ecological Outcome Verification (EOV), an empirical and scalable soil and landscape assessment methodology that tracks positive outcomes in biodiversity, soil health, and ecosystem function, such as water infiltration and carbon absorption.

Richards Land & Cattle is a 5th generation cattle operation in California that is focused on transparency from pasture to plate.

They run a herd of Angus / Murray Grey cross cattle on the foothill property just above the Sacramento Valley fog and below the Sierra snow line. Richards Grass Fed Beef is certified by the American Grassfed Association and is the first beef company on the west coast to receive the Savory Institute's Ecological Outcome Verified certificate.
