The Anderson Ranches 100% grass-finished ground lamb is a truly delicious offering. The lamb is 100% grass-finished, slow grown on pastures in the Willamette Valley in Oregon, just outside of Eugene, Oregon.
Ground lamb is the perfect ingredient for burgers either 100% or blended with ground pork or grass-fed beef. We love to make sausage with our ground lamb or season for homemade gyros, incredible meatloaf, chili, pasta dishes, or throw a taco party!
