How to Defrost - 2 days before using, place the ham in your refrigerator to gently defrost your sustainably-produced ham.
How to Reheat - Place in a 325-degree oven until it reaches an internal temperature of 135 to 140 degrees. Wrap the ham in tin foil or place the ham in an oven bag. Figure no more than 10 minutes per pound for reheating. Enjoy!
