Bavette is similar to the flank steak but a unique butcher's cut. It's an extremely flavorful flat cut of steak that when cooked right, it’s incredibly tender and delicious. With a relatively short cooking time, it's a perfect weeknight meal and will make some memorial fajitas. It can be a tougher cut of meat but works extremely well for soaking in your favorite marinades. The final product? One juicy and mouth-watering steak.
