One of the most popular steak cuts due to the marbling infusing into the meat as it cooks, creating a bold, robust flavor. Great prepared on the grill or seared in a pan and finished under a broiler.
We cut and package 1 x 10 oz new york steak per package. This highly versatile steak can be prepared in almost any fashion but it's always a favorite to grill. We highly suggest flash grilling to give the steak a great sear.
