A wonderful addition to your holiday meals or even a special Sunday dinner with the family. You can roast or grill it as a whole rack or slice into chops. It's super tender and extremely flavorful. We have done all the prep work, all you need to do is rub with salt, pepper, and any fresh herbs you may have, then cook to a nice medium-rare. Enjoy!
