The heritage pork is from Klingeman Farm. Klingeman Farm is a family-operated farm that produces progressive, high culinary quality pork that is non-GMO project verified. A very rare offering, these heritage hogs are never fed corn or soybean and the farming practices are verified sustainable by the Food Alliance.
Our beef is from Carman Ranch or Richards Grassfed Beef. Both utilize regenerative practices. Creating premium grass-fed beef using practices that restore the soil, respect the animals, build sustainable communities, and grow nutrient-dense, delicious food.
