1. Select your starter box
Each box is unique - Partly made by us and partly made by you! We start by building your box with culinary quality butcher cuts based on the proteins of your choice. Starter boxes are one of the most impactful ways to support progressive farmers. If you want to change or cancel your starter box in the future you can.
2. Add items to your box
Once you select your starter box, you'll choose which items you’d like to add to customize the rest of your box. Once you reach $139 or more, your box is ready. (Boxes ship free for subscribers!) You can change and customize your box each month.
Rather not customize and let us select specialty butcher cuts for you? Just select any 2 starter boxes or the Complete Box ($139 variety box). This will give you an ever-changing selection in each shipment.
3. Select your delivery frequency
Our meat is frozen for freshness, safely packaged, and delivered to your door in an eco-friendly, insulated box. Choose to subscribe and receive a box every 4 weeks or every 8 weeks. If you're just looking to give it a try, you can also select a one time shipment at checkout.
Flexibility
If you're a subscriber, you will receive an email each month before your box ships. You may log into your account at any time and change your base box or change any of your add on items. Learn more.

Shipping policy
In alignment with our environmental priorities, we only ship via ground shipping. This helps reduce our carbon footprint. We currently ship to most cities in California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and the metropolitan areas of Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. We hope to expand the areas we ship to in the future.

We ship weekly on Mondays. Orders placed Monday through Wednesday will ship the next upcoming Monday (3-5 business days later). Orders placed Thursday through Sunday, will ship the following Monday (6-7 business days later).
We ship up to 1-2 day ground in our region. Depending on your location, your shipment can be expected Tuesday or Wednesday on your week of the month. You will receive an email with tracking information.
Occasionally, a shipment may be a day or two late due to unforeseen carrier issues. Rest assured, the dry ice should maintain the contents of your box.
