Product Description

The chuck roast comes from the shoulder area and yields cut this delicious roast known its rich, beefy flavor. The well marbled chuck roast can easily be cubed for an incredible stew or smoked low and slow.

We cut and package 1 x 2 lb. roast per package. 

Grown in northern California, Richards Grassfed Beef beef is 100% grass finished and the grazing effect of the cattle using expert management has been proven with scientific validation to regenerate our environment, sequestering greenhouse gasses from our atmosphere, enhance biodiversity and restore our ecological systems.

These roasts are ideal for slow-cooking.
