The beef tenderloin is by far the most tender cut of beef with each bite giving that melt-in-your-mouth feeling. We hand-trimmed, cleaned, and tied each tenderloin so that it's easy to prepare, cooks evenly, and is ready to roast for your holiday celebrations. 

For a 3-pound tenderloin roast, roast at 425°F:

  • 30 to 35 minutes for rare ( 125°F)
  • 35 to 40 minutes for medium-rare (135°F)
  • 45 to 50 minutes for medium (150°F)

Remove from the oven. Cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving. The beef tenderloin temperature will rise 10°F - 15°F as it rests. Now it's ready to cut into filet medallions to impress your guests.

SERVES: We recommend 6 oz - 8 oz portions
3 - 3.49 lb: 6 - 8 Servings 
3.5 - 3.99 lb: 7 - 10 Servings
