A lamb leg steak is a very barbeque-friendly steak that's extremely delicious. It's the largest of the lamb steaks with generous portions of lean meat, packed with flavor. Using a grill or pan, use high heat to brown the steak on both sides. Lower temperature to medium heat to achieve an internal temperature of 120 degrees for medium-rare.
