Our maple bacon seems to fit into many of the fine dining restaurants in the greater Bay Area as it is a go-to for all occasions. This hand-crafted classic bacon is created from pork raised on one family farm, has never been fed corn or soy, and brined carefully not to overpower the amazing pork flavor.
