Tender but firm texture, the New York Steak or Strip Steak is cut from the strip loin and has excellent marbling. One of the most popular steak cuts due to the marbling infusing into the meat as it cooks, creating a bold, robust flavor. Great prepared on the grill or seared in a pan and finished under a broiler.

We cut and package 1 x 10 oz new york steak per package. This highly versatile steak can be prepared in almost any fashion but it's always a favorite to grill. We highly suggest flash grilling to give the steak a great sear.
