Our premium steak box is packed with our most popular steaks - a perfect gift for red meat enthusiasts. 8 generous servings of high-quality, grass-fed, USA-grown steaks. All steaks are grass-fed and finished on premier grass-growing regions in the west coast from either Carman Ranch (Oregon) or Humboldt Grassfed (California).

Each Box Includes:

Filet Mignon is one of the most tender, delicate, and prized cuts of beef from the smaller portion of the tenderloin. A true prized and melt-in-your-mouth piece, best-served medium-rare. 

The Ribeye Steak is rich, juicy, and full-flavored with generous marbling throughout offering exceptional taste and tenderness. We cut and package 1 x 10 oz ribeye steak per package. This highly versatile steak can be prepared in almost any fashion.

The New York Steak or Strip Steak is one of the most popular steak cuts due to the marbling infusing into the meat as it cooks, creating a bold, robust flavor. Great prepared on the grill or seared in a pan and finished under a broiler. This highly versatile steak can be prepared in almost any fashion, but it's always a favorite to grill.

The Hanger Steak is an overlooked prized cut, sometimes also called the butcher’s cut. (And butchers know the best cuts!) Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. There is only one hanger steak cut per cow, making it extra special.
