The Hanger Steak is an overlooked prized cut sometimes also called the butcher’s cut. (And butchers know the best cuts!) Tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. There is only one hanger steak cut per cow, making it extra special.
The Ribeye Steak is rich, juicy, and full-flavored with generous marbling throughout offering exceptional taste and tenderness. We cut and package 1 x 10 oz ribeye steak per package. This highly versatile steak can be prepared in almost any fashion.
The New York Steak or Strip Steak is one of the most popular steak cuts due to the marbling infusing into the meat as it cooks, creating a bold, robust flavor. Great prepared on the grill or seared in a pan and finished under a broiler. This highly versatile steak can be prepared in almost any fashion, but it's always a favorite to grill.
The Bavette is similar to the flank steak but a unique butcher's cut. Sometimes called a flap steak, it's an extremely flavorful flat cut of steak that is incredibly tender and delicious. It's a lean cut from the bottom sirloin near the flank steak. With a relatively short cooking time, it's a perfect weeknight meal and will make some memorable fajitas.
