Pork Cutlets
These are incredibly flavorful boneless, lean cuts of pork. They cook very quickly and evenly due to the hand-pounded uniform size of the pieces. A family favorite traditionally made with breadcrumbs and pan-fried. All our pork products are Prop 12 compliant. Heritage breed free-range pork. No Corn, No Soy.

Ground Turkey
Taste the difference of pasture-grazed ground turkey! It's made from a mixture of thigh and breast for incredible flavor while staying lean. Grown on lush pasture and raised without antibiotics. Keller Crafted Meats proudly partners with Ferndale and the Peterson Family, a third-generation family farm. The Peterson family has been raising turkeys in the same way since 1939. Their turkey program meets the Keller Crafted Meats standards for earth and animal husbandry as well as nutrition and culinary excellence.

Beef Hot Dogs Infused with Bone Broth
We are very proud to offer the first-ever hot dog on the market made with 100% beef from verified regenerative lands and raised with practices to reduce carbon emissions! Our uncured all-beef hot dog is made with 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef, bone broth, and organic ingredients. Using bone broth is extremely nutrient-dense and can improve your gut health, digestion, and more. Plus, it tastes incredible too!

These hot dogs made with regenerative beef are also sugar-free, never have any antibiotics, not preserved, and no nitrates or nitrites added (except for those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery powder). Fully cooked - ready to heat & eat.

Black Garlic Marinated Sliced Pork (May substitute Chimichurri Marinated Pork)

The pork is hand sliced and marinated in a special black garlic sauce. Black garlic brings a sweet yet earthy flavor that almost has an umami essence. For an easy weeknight meal, cook these slices in a pan on medium-high heat and add your favorite veggies. Porchetta Bacon
Our Non-GMO Porchetta Bacon is smoked over natural hickory and sliced into rounds - the best bacon format for BLTs, breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. The belly is hand-rolled and tied with our porchetta seasoning. The perfect addition for a true bacon aficionado. No Nitrates or Nitrates Added.
