We are pretty proud of our craft pork sausage line. We really try to showcase the incredible heritage, no soy, no corn pork from Klingeman Family Farms in our sausages. This summer sausage sampler will feed around 26 servings depending on appetites for around $1.72 a serving! Perfect for appeasing all flavor preferences or fun for a big group to try them all!

All our pork comes from Klingeman Family farms, which is Food Alliance Certified, Humanely Raised, Non-GMO, Never Ever Antibiotics and never fed corn or soy. We use signature Keller Crafted Recipes to create the perfect flavors for each sausage.

Bockwurst Sausage (3 per pack)
Dig into beer and sausage season with juicy bockwurst, this lean pork sausage with a lightly crisped skin. Add some mustard and kraut to give it some zip.

Ingredients: Heritage Pork, Water, Whole Eggs, Nonfat Dry Milk, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Turbinado Sugar, Parsley, White Pepper, Mace, Sage, Cinnamon, Hog Casing.

Our lightly smoked polish sausage full of flavor and packed with heritage pork and grass-fed beef. A hint of garlic, smoke, marjoram - perfect for the grill or campfire.

We’ve heard that our Hot Italian Sausage is the best there is, and we believe it! Our sugar-free, hot Italian gourmet sausage is made with Food Alliance Certified pork that is infused with garlic, paprika, red pepper, chili, and fennel for a delicious, spicy sausage.
