These spatchcock prepared chicken are brined using our favorite house brine made of water, sea salt and organic coconut sugar (this is a low glycemic index sugar used to simply balance the salt note not intended to sweeten). This brining step gets you one step closer to a moist and tender chicken meal.
Spatchcock prepared chicken cooks more quickly and evenly in a wide variety of cooking methods. We spatchcock the chicken for you and brine it. You can season the skin if you like. Our brine is not uber saline, it just supports the natural chicken flavor. Season the skin with a fun rub if you like or just defrost slowly in the fridge or in a bowl of cold water, open the package and get to cooking.

UNCURED PEPPERED MAPLE BACON
The base is our standard organic maple brine. We then rub the bellies with black pepper. Sliced the same thickness as our everyday maple bacon - 8 oz. pack. Hickory Smoked - No Nitrates or Nitrates Added.

UNCURED PORCHETTA BACON
The belly is hand-rolled and tied with our porchetta seasoning. Smoked over natural hickory and sliced into rounds - the best bacon format for BLTs, breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. The perfect addition for a true bacon aficionado.

GARLIC & THYME MARINATED SLICED TURKEY
We hand slice and marinate pasture-grazed turkey in small batches to make this quick and easy meal starter kit. The turkey slices are marinated in olive oil, garlic, thyme and sea salt for an incredible flavor. All you need to do is throw these slices in a pan on medium-high heat and add your favorite veggies for an easy weeknight meal.

Pasture-grazed certified antibiotic-free, free-range (excluding winter flocks), and delicious naturally processed turkey.
